* Rates applicable for members having paid their 2009 membership fee. The organisation reserves the right to modify the congress rate according to the actual status.

** Young investigator is defined as someone working in Paed GI, Hep or Nutr for less than 10 years and should have a confirming letter from a sponsoring member of ESPGHAN.

Cancellation policy for registration

Cancellations must be notified in writing (letter or fax) to the Congress Secretariat under the following conditions :

• For cancellations received before March 15, 2009 : 100 € will be witheld for administrative fees.
• For cancellations received from March 16, 2009 : no refund will be given

Name changes / modifications :

• Change of name is considered as a new registration for which fees will be required.
